We’re celebrating 23 adoptions in March: sick, shy, senior, and injured cats who just needed time to heal. Here are a few of those cats’ stories.

Each month, we’re glad to have this honor of introducing you to the cats who’ve come to Cat Town, and the stories that come with them. Some are shy, some playful, and some need a little extra care before they're ready for their next chapter. With patience, medical attention, encouragement, and your support, these cats are given the chance to relax, grow confident, and show adopters who they truly are.

We kicked off 2026 with 33 adoptions in January. Each adopted cat had different needs and timelines on their journey to their new homes. From longtime senior foster cats like Ollie and Pip, to young fearful kittens like Sprite and Fresca, each cat got the space and care they needed to build confidence and be set up for success. Thank you for helping us create stories and believing in these cats with us.

In 2025, Cat Town celebrated 334 adoptions — including 37 lucky cats in December alone. These cats’ stories are just a few examples of what can happen when vulnerable cats are met with time, care, and compassion. Their journeys remind us that progress isn’t linear or one-size-fits-all, and that foster volunteers who open their homes to these cats are the backbone of many of Cat Town’s most meaningful success stories.

In October, 24 cats got adopted — of every age, of every background, and each with unique needs that we could meet because of donor support. We had 3-month-old kittens and 14-year-old seniors, stressed cats and confident cats, and cats who simply needed love and time to meet their match. No matter their story, they all found happily-ever-afters. Here are just a few of the lives you helped us change last month!
