Operations Manager (Full Time)
As a small team with a big mission, Cat Town depends on effective day-to-day operations to support both people and cats. The Operations Manager will oversee core operational functions across the organization, including volunteer programs, facilities, supplies, and training.
The ideal candidate is an organized, people-centered leader with strong communication skills, a collaborative management style, and a practical approach to problem solving. They are comfortable balancing big-picture planning and with hands-on operational work.
