CAT TOWN BLOG
Who Did You Save This Year (Part 2)
We’ve been celebrating some of our favorite adoptions — stories shaped by collaboration, patience, and the belief that every cat deserves the time they need. In Part 2 of this series, we’re remembering even more cats whose journeys were made possible because so many people showed up for them.
Three ways we want to thank you.
Cat Town’s supporters have deeply changed the course of so many lives — and they’re just a drop in the ocean of what’s come to fruitions. They’ve helped hundreds of cats land on their feet, filled homes with love and comfort, and helped our staff remain connected to reasons why we do this work.
Peppercorn’s Long Journey Home
Your support is exactly why Peppercorn’s journey was possible. While kittens get attention quickly, adult cats like Peppercorn, with quirks, slower paths, and medical needs, rely on Cat Town to make sure they aren’t overlooked.
Who Did You Save This Year (Part 1)
Each year, Cat Town’s staff members look back on the year’s adoptions, and reflect on the cats who found safety, confidence, and loving homes. From frightened cats curled tight in the back of a shelter cage, or a pair of hissy, unsure kittens trying to make sense of the world, each story begins with the faith that these stories will end with extraordinary transformations.
October Adoption Stories
In October, 24 cats got adopted — of every age, of every background, and each with unique needs that we could meet because of donor support. We had 3-month-old kittens and 14-year-old seniors, stressed cats and confident cats, and cats who simply needed love and time to meet their match. No matter their story, they all found happily-ever-afters. Here are just a few of the lives you helped us change last month!
August & September Adoption Stories
Anytime you support Cat Town, whether by adopting, donating, or simply reading these stories — you help bring us closer to a future where every cat is seen and valued. In August and September, we got to celebrate 47 of these adoptions. Here are a few of those success stories.
