Alabama, Female, 1 YEAR
Sweet home Alabama? Not yet — but you can help change that! Alabama is a sweet chocolate tortie full of charm and chatters, always ready to parade her stuffed mouse or chase her rainbow ribbon like a champion. She takes a little time to warm up, but once she does, expect head rubs, happy flops, and tiny air biscuits on repeat. With daily pain meds (served at dinner, no complaints), and a little patience, Alabama’s been thriving in foster. Now she’s ready for a quiet, cat-savvy home where she can keep blooming — maybe yours?

This month, we’re highlighting the power of our foster community. Cat Town’s foster program currently consists of 55 people and 66 cats. These dedicated volunteers open their home, time, and energy to help cats heal, whether they need a calm space to decompress from cage stress, daily medications, or simply patience and compassion while they learn to build trust and find their footing.
